R3H originated in northwestern Chihuahua, within the area of influence of the Janos Biosphere Reserve—a landscape of native grasslands, vast expanses, and high ecological value that provides context and depth to the model.
This region is characterized by its vast valleys covered in native grasslands, which are one of the most distinctive features of the landscape and form an essential foundation for the region’s ecological and productive life.
As they rise in elevation, these valleys give way to mountain ranges and open landscapes of great natural beauty, shaping a vast horizon and a space where production, conservation, and regional identity can coexist.
